Once Stagnant and Savings Empty, Nuraini now helps 4,000 Entrepreneurs strategically plan their business.

Although she did not grow up from in a family of business owners, the entrepreneurial spirit has been deeply ingrained in Nuraini Sedek since childhood. Her journey began at just 11 years old, selling handcrafted items.

Today, alongside her team, the 30-year-old has successfully assisted over 4,000 business founders including well-known brands through the Business Synergy platform.

As the company’s Business Development Director, Nuraini explained that the entity acts as a consultancy, providing tailored solutions based on the specific challenges entrepreneurs face. To date, they have helped business founders manage a combined turnover of approximately RM40 million.

The Turning Point

Recounting her early days, the Selangor native shared that after finishing school, she initially pursued a medical degree at a private university. However, she decided to drop out after realizing it wasn't her true passion.

"At that time, I had no money at all. I had to borrow RM100 from a friend just to attend a networking session," she recalled. "My friend told me that if I wanted to rise again, I had to find the right 'circle' (support network), as it is vital in business."

Lessons in Growth

That experience opened her eyes to how loose organizational systems and structures can lead to losses. Now, she is certain that choosing the right, complementary partners is the key to business longevity.

"When doing business, don't go at it alone. You need a support system and the right circle," she emphasized. "Today is no longer about competing at the bottom. Instead, it is collaboration that will take us further." - Majoriti
